This page currently exposes legacy paths for classifier layers already available on the site: NIC 2008 to NIC 2025 and NCO 2004 to NCO-2015.

Why are HSN, SAC and InSCED historical versions not listed here yet?

Those layers need official concordance files loaded locally before old-version pages can be generated. The site does not invent historical mappings without source data.

Are legacy matches final official filing advice?

No. Legacy pages are discovery aids. For regulated, tax, registration or trade decisions, verify final code selection in the official source document.
